I offer family therapy as part of ongoing individual therapy for current clients. If, during our one-on-one work, we realize that involving family members could help support your progress, we can bring them into the process for a set number of sessions. This approach helps strengthen communication, understanding, and support within your family, while keeping the focus on your individual goals.
